Medinah Country Club has one of the largest caddie programs in the country, with 350 caddies on the roster, ranging from middle school to collegiate level caddies. The club’s caddie program has a rich history of developing youth through the game of golf, and continues to support the Evans Scholars Foundation.

Since 2014, our members have contributed more than $1 million to the Evans Scholars Foundation. We’re proud to have had more than 100 Evans Scholars come from Medinah’s caddie program, with seven Evans Scholars this year.

INTERNSHIPS

Our unique PGA Internship at Medinah Country Club for individuals interested in learning more about the golf business has attracted individuals from all over the world. With approximately 20 PGA Interns recruited each year, this program is a great way to build continuity and retention, providing opportunity for growth within the golf operation. Promoting from within provides individuals with empowerment and gives them a significant understanding of all facets of the operations starting from the ground up.

The structured PGA Internship Program at Medinah Country Club has been a great success, positively impacting our member experience since its creation five years ago.

Our culinary, grounds and food & beverage internship programs have grown our network with many individuals using Medinah as a springboard to career growth opportunities.

Using H-2B and J-1 Visas, we have recruited talent from around the world, diversifying our teams, and making the member and staff experience unique.
